Built in Ireland for people who do the work and then wait to be paid
FaighPaid ("get paid") is a small invoicing tool for Irish freelancers, sole traders and small businesses. It does one job: get an invoice out correctly and help you collect the money, without turning you into an accountant.
Why it exists
Most invoicing software is built around the balance sheet. The painful part for small businesses usually comes after the invoice is sent: remembering who owes what, working out when a nudge becomes a formal notice, and knowing what Irish late-payment law actually lets you charge. FaighPaid keeps that part simple.
What it does, honestly
- Invoices with Irish VAT rates and sequential numbering.
- A payment page where your client can copy your IBAN and tell you they've paid.
- Reminders you prepare and send yourself from your own email or WhatsApp, in three tones.
- Statutory interest and compensation under S.I. 580/2012 for business clients, with a permanent record of each calculation.
It is not accounting software, not a debt-collection agency and not legal advice. It does not file anything with Revenue for you.
Who is behind it
FaighPaid is built and run independently in Ireland. See a labelled sample invoice and the actual reminder templates before signing up. If something is wrong or missing, contact the person who builds it.
